Trick-or-Treat Fun!

Finally it was Halloween night! Oh, boy! I got dressed in my Buzz costume and got ready to case the neighborhood for treats! All the grandparents came up to our house for the celebration. Mimi made her famous chili and Tutu a homemade pumpkin pie. Yummy!

Here's a back view of my awesome costume. The tips of the wings even lit up. So cool!

I got my pumpkin lantern and treat bucket in hand. I was ready!

Thought I'd take a few quick pictures in front of our house before I hit the neighborhood. Daddy put up a few cool Halloween inflatables. Our house looked very spooky!

Off I go for some treats!

I walked toward my first house...

...And scored some candy!

There were lots of houses to go. This one had some awesome decorations.

But this one was extra scary. I had to pause before approaching the door.

I sure did get my technique down toward the middle. You ring the doorbell, say "trick or treat," the person gives you candy and you say "thank you." Are you sure this is legal? Sounds kinda like highway robbery to me.

Then we all crossed the street to hit the houses on the other side.

This house had a bunch of neat jack-o-lanterns out front.

I think there is one house left, everyone.

This nice lady was sitting outside the door. I got a bit confused since my plan was to ring the doorbell but I quickly caught on.

Then I rang our doorbell to see what would happen. I didn't get candy but Mimi and Daddy took my picture. Silly!

Well we sure did have a wonderful Halloween! I told Mommy on the way home from school today that I was all ready to do it again tonight. She says we only go trick-or-treating once a year. Oh, well, I guess I'll have to wait until next year...
