Happy Mother's Day, Mommy!

Sunday was Mother's Day! That's the one day of the year when we are supposed to show our Mommies how much we love and appreciate them. Daddy and I had big plans for our Mommy. First of all, I made this lovely card and painting for Mommy at school.
Here's the inside of the card. It says "I love Mom because she gives me hugs!" Sweet, right?

Daddy and I let Mommy sleep in that morning and we went out to get her breakfast. When we finally woke her up, we had lots of awesome presents for her. The best one of them all was this new camera! All the photos she takes from now on will be even better than before. Cool!

Here's the first picture she took with her new camera: it's me! Oh, boy, a camera with red eye control that really works...what a revelation!

Later that morning, we joined the Livingston and Dirstine families for brunch at Tutu and Sir's country club. It was delicious! Pop-Pop got all of the ladies these really neat flower headbands. I had to wear one, too. Yes, I know it's pink but I didn't care at all. I just loved wearing it.

Before we knew it, it was time to go. Awww! Just a few more photos before we go. Here's one of Mommy, Great-Grammy and Mimi. Great Grammy is Mommy's Grandma and Mimi is her Mommy. I never seem to believe these facts but Mommy says they are true.

And here's a great photo of Pop-Pop and his Mommy. Cute!

And finally, here I am with my Mommy. I love her so much and I am so lucky to have her as my Mommy!

So it was quite a fun-filled Mother's Day at our house. Thanks, Tutu and Sir, for having us at your club. And thanks, Mommy, just for being you! I love you!
